Senior Commercial Technology Lawyer (Belgian Qualified) |Brussels | Technology Sector We're currently seeking an Belgian-qualified Commercial Technology Lawyer to join a leading technology-focused business on an interim basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer with strong experience supporting software, SaaS, cloud, and digital businesses within a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
* Advising on software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, and technology agreements
* Supporting product, sales, procurement, and commercial teams on strategic transactions
* Advising on licensing, intellectual property, and technology-related matters
* Negotiating customer, supplier, reseller, and partnership agreements
* Providing pragmatic, business-focused legal advice to stakeholders across the organisation




* Supporting regulatory and compliance matters affecting digital products and services About You
* Qualified lawyer in Belguim
* Based in Brussels
* 7+ PQE
* Strong experience in:
* Commercial contracts
* Software licensing
* SaaS agreements
* Cloud services agreements
* Technology transactions
* Intellectual Property and licensing
* Previous experience within a technology, software, SaaS, cloud, digital, or telecommunications business
* Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
* Fluent In Dutch/French and English language skills
* Immediate start preferred
