IMPORTANT: this position is based in our office in Chiasso, Switzerland, about 50 minutes from Milan by train or car. It is open to EU citizens only, and you need to live in, or be ready to move to, an area where you can commute to Chiasso every day: the provinces of Como, Milan or Varese (Italy), or Switzerland.
Anthropos is looking for a Business Development Representative for the EMEA market to accelerate our growth with Anthropos Workforce, the Enterprise AI transformation platform that helps large companies map, verify and upskill their teams at scale.
AI is changing the skills required in every role, and large enterprises have a problem they can no longer ignore: they don't actually know what their people can do. Resumes and self-assessments don't answer that question. Anthropos does,

with a skills taxonomy of 4,000+ skills across 700+ roles and AI Simulations that verify skills by putting people inside realistic work scenarios instead of quizzes. Enterprise customers in the US and Europe, including Together AI, Italgas and FS Group (the Italian national railway, an 80,000-person organization), already run on Anthropos, and we are now expanding in Europe.
That's where you come in. This is a full‑time role, not an internship. You will join our BDR team in Chiasso and own outbound to enterprise companies in Europe, starting from countries we choose together.
