About the Role

Keysight Technologies is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Technician - RF & Electronics to join the Protocol Center of Excellence (CoE) in Milan.

This position supports manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and qualification activities for wireless communication systems and RF-based products. Working closely with Manufacturing, R&D;, Quality, Service, and NPI teams, you will help ensure product quality, performance, and reliable manufacturing operations.

The role combines hands-on electronics troubleshooting, product testing, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement activities.



You will contribute to the repair, validation, and production support of RF modules and electronic assemblies while helping maintain high standards for quality and operational performance.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Electronics Technician who enjoys troubleshooting hardware issues, working with RF technologies, and supporting manufacturing operations. Responsibilities

Hardware Troubleshooting and Repair

Diagnose and troubleshoot failures on RF modules, electronic assemblies, and complete systems.

Perform board-level and module-level repair activities using electrical schematics, test equipment, and diagnostic tools.

Identify root causes of manufacturing and field-return failures and implement corrective actions.

Support qualification, validation, and verification activities for new and existing products.

Manufacturing Support

Provide technical support to manufacturing operations to ensure product quality, delivery performance, and process stability.

Support production testing, debugging, assembly, and integration activities.

Collaborate with engineering teams during new product introduction (NPI) and production
