Leonardo is seeking a Legal Specialist in IT for Cascina Costa (Varese) to draft, review, and negotiate international commercial agreements, including sales contracts, under SVP Legal supervision. The role requires a Law degree and possibly bar admission, with flexibility for international travel.
You will manage NDAs, MoUs, LoIs, handle IP licensing and trademark matters, advise on EU-funded programs, and support business teams to identify legal risks and ensure compliance.
