Key responsibilities
● Work with Manager, Sales & Service, approved budget to create leads of new equipment sales to assigned bodybuilders and dealers, ● Pursue sales leads, visit existing and new customers; access customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services, negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and prospect leads to promote sales orders to meet sales targets ● Manage assigned customer relations, act as business manager towards assigned customers and be the main point of contact ● Identify, research and contact new prospective customers and bodybuilders building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeatable business ● Refer sales leads, customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within organization ● Collaborate with technical support representative in the Market Area to coordinate and channel technical support from Hiab functions towards assigned customers with Market Area ● Provide commercial discounts in line with established guidelines ● Know, understand and comply with Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions ● Understand and comply with all Safety and Environmental requirements ● Use Salesforce (CRM) for documenting leads,



sales and customer data ● Create sales leads for our existing and new network; visit existing and new customers; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority; and conclude sales orders to meet sales targets What we are looking for ● Minimum of 5 years of experience of sales and marketing in the industry ● Ability to work in an international business environment/in a matrix organization ● Proven ability to drive and develop equipment business sales and profitability ● Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships ● Results and achievement driven and eager to create long term relationships ● High integrity and excellent interpersonal and communication skills ● Strong business mind-set with financial skills ● Good technical skills and product knowledge
