What you will do As part of our Tumble Dryer R&D; Technology team, you will support the identification and evaluation of innovative solutions for future products, contributing to the development of technologies that will shape the next generation of household appliances. Working closely with Marketing, Strategic Planning and our HQ team in China, you will gain exposure to innovation processes, technology scouting, market analysis and product development activities within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the identification and evaluation of innovative ideas and technologies for future Tumble Dryer products




• Conduct technical research and technology scouting activities to explore emerging trends and solutions
• Analyze market inputs, consumer insights and competitive benchmarks to identify new opportunities
• Perform product benchmarking activities and summarize key findings
• Collaborate with R&D; teams to assess the preliminary technical feasibility of new concepts and product ideas
• Collect, organize and analyze data to support decision-making processes
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Strategic Planning and international colleagues What you need to succeed
• Bachelor's or Master's degree student in Engineering, Economics, Innovation Management or related fields
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Interest in data analysis, product benchmarking and technical research
• Good command of English and Italian, both written and spoken
