Position We are currently seeking for a skilled Junior Product Developer – Auto Racing to join our Auto Racing Department, located in Asolo. In this role, you will be supporting the correct production of customised Racing gear for our athletes. This is a great opportunity for a junior profile to develop their skills in building solid relationships with Racing teams, managing orders and ad-hoc requests, whilst also collaborating closely with production for feasibility and logo placements. Main Responsibilities
• You will support the team in managing a wide range of custom Auto Racing gear projects for our athletes.
• You will liaise closely with Racing teams,



collecting orders, specific requirements related to the gear so to assess production feasibility as well as double checking logo placements.
• Moreover, you will be entrusted to keep production files correctly up to date, as well as inserting details and data on our systems.
• You will make sure to respect given deadlines for product production and shipment. Requirements
• Between 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar position and / or previous Product Development exposure.
• Previous working experience on Logo placement on Apparel will be considered an added value.
• Good proficiency with Microsoft Office package, particularly with Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, precision and punctuality.
• Collaborative and problem-solving oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English – Please note that Alpinestars is a fully English-speaking environment.
• Strong passion for Motorsports sector will be considered a very strong plus.
• Availability to travel, when needed (approximatively 10% of the time) Other Information Location – Asolo (On-site) Compensation Package – From €24,000 (Depending on experience)
