ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in managing the fit-out phase of high-end residential or hospitality projects;
• Excellent knowledge of construction details, materials, finishes and bespoke furniture;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
• Ability to work independently, proactively coordinate suppliers and liaise with different professionals;
• Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture;
• Excellent proficiency in the main design software: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop);
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Fluent spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Project management: each professional will be assigned projects to coordinate independently, from site survey and design development through construction supervision and final installation of interior furnishings;
• Overseeing the execution of interior design projects,



ensuring design intent is accurately translated into built results;
• Reviewing, coordinating and updating technical and executive drawings, ensuring consistency between design specifications and site requirements;
• Actively supervising construction sites, monitoring progress and ensuring quality standards are met;
• Managing and coordinating suppliers, contractors and craftsmen throughout the fit-out process;
• Following up on bespoke furniture, materials, finishes and custom-made elements, from production to installation;
• Identifying and resolving technical and construction-related issues in collaboration with the design team;
• Monitoring project timelines, coordinating site activities and ensuring the correct implementation of the design.
