We currently manage approximately 56 properties across Venice's historic city centre and the Lido. We work closely with property owners to ensure the highest standards of property management, while providing our guests with a seamless and memorable experience in Venice. Role Description We are looking for an organised, proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations in Venice. The role involves coordinating housekeeping teams, managing guest check-ins, overseeing property maintenance and ensuring that all operational activities run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities and a hands-on approach to operational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, task coordination and resource allocation.
• Coordinate housekeeping, guest check-ins and maintenance activities across our property portfolio.
• Ensure operational standards are consistently maintained across all properties.
• Demonstrate strong organisational and time-management skills,



with excellent attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, external suppliers and service providers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, optimise workflows and increase operational efficiency.
• Use office productivity software and digital tools to monitor tasks, activities and performance.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
• Previous experience in operations management, hospitality, property management or a related field is preferred.
• A relevant educational background in business, management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
• Be available to work full-time, on-site in Venice, with the flexibility to respond to changing operational needs. Location Requirement Candidates must reside in Venice, Mestre or the Lido di Venezia. Applications from candidates residing outside these areas will not be considered. Salary and Compensation The indicative gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges from €27,000 to €35,000, depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications and responsibilities. The company reserves the right to offer a different compensation package based on an objective assessment of the candidate's professional profile and the requirements of the role.
