The role As part of a firm-wide initiative, we are creating a new Data & AI Lead role to help build our data structure and simplify reporting across investment, asset management, and investor relations. Reporting to senior management, you will work closely with department heads to automate quarterly reporting, consolidate data from property managers, and build practical tools that make portfolio information easy to access and analyze. In this position, you will serve as the core link between business teams and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
● Design and set up core data pipelines. Help build the firm’s central data structure and automate the intake and consolidation of asset-level data from property managers, reducing manual data entry and supporting existing workflows. ● Ensure data correctness and compliance. Put controls and validation checks in place to ensure reporting figures are accurate and consistent. ● Develop internal data tools and reporting solutions. Build practical solutions to automate quarterly asset management reporting and give business teams a straightforward way to access, view, and manage portfolio information. ● Support fund-level decision-making and modeling. Partner with investment, asset management, investor relations, and finance teams to turn deal model outputs into clear fund-level scenario analyses, stress testing, and performance tracking. ● Leverage AI to accelerate routine workflows. Use AI tools and language models to speed up due diligence, assist in drafting investment committee materials, and extract high-level portfolio insights. ● Drive user adoption and cross-team training. Work closely with department heads and team members to train them on new data tools, provide ongoing support, and identify practical opportunities to improve day-to-day work. Job Location On site

experience:
4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics, or automation roles—ideally within advisory, fintech, or proptech environments. ● Core technical toolkit: Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and advanced Excel. ● Cloud & visualization: Practical experience building on major cloud platforms (Microsoft 365 / Azure / Power Platform) and creating clear dashboards with modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). ● Applied AI familiarity: Day-to-day experience using AI tools and LLMs, with a grounded understanding of their actual strengths, practical limits, and risks. ● Business & financial acumen: Solid commercial instincts with the ability to quickly grasp fund economics, cash flows, and deal models (prior direct real estate experience is a plus, not a hard requirement). ● Bridge between tech and business: Strong communication skills and the ability to translate non-technical business requests into practical data solutions. ● Problem-solving mindset: Strong reasoning ability and a structured, pragmatic approach to solving complex problems from scratch. ●

Education:
A degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, or Finance. ● Regulatory awareness: Familiarity with data protection and AI standards (GDPR, EU AI Act) is an advantage. ● Languages: Professional fluency in English; Italian or Greek is a plus.
