We are ready to take on the challenges of the IoT. For our Global Sales Team we are looking as soon as possible for an Area Sales / Key Account Manager (m/f/d). Sales responsibility for all Senseca business units in Italy and the South-East Europe region. You will be based in Italy, preferably in the Padua area, with the possibility of working partly from home (lavoro da remoto). These are your tasks:
• Serve as the key customer contact for South-East Europe
• Drive sales growth in line with corporate and Business Unit strategies
• Analyse markets and customers to develop profitable sales opportunities across existing and new countries and Business Units
• Combine business acumen, technical expertise and experience in selling the full product portfolio internationally
• Ensure compliant and lawful business operations in line with applicable regulations and policies What you bring with you:
• Open,



energetic mindset and strong cross-country collaboration skills
• Degree or experience in electrical engineering or a related field, ideally measurement and sensor technology
• Proven customer and partner management experience, ideally in sensor technology for renewable energy
• Strong intercultural skills, particularly in Italy, and ideally an established network
• Proven track record in developing and managing strategic sales activities
• Strong end-to-end business understanding
• Native-level Italian (C2) and fluent English
