· Equity (20-30%) + revenue share About SmartLandlord SmartLandlord is an all-in-one SaaS platform for private landlords and property investors. It covers the full investment cycle: valuing a property, analysing returns, cash flow and financing, and managing tenants, contracts, payments and documents day to day. A built-in AI agent knows each user’s portfolio, answers their questions and carries out tasks for them. The platform is live in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Spain, and the Italian version is ready: www.smartlandlord.it. The role We’re building a local founding team in Italy. You’ll own marketing and partner acquisition for the Italian market, as a partner in the business rather than an agency or consultant. What you’ll do
• Define positioning and the funnel for Italian landlords, from small private owners (2–20 units) to professional investors
• Set up and test acquisition channels: SEO and content in Italian, Google and Meta ads, social media and communities
• Build a partner channel with agenzie immobiliari, property managers, commercialisti, CAF and amministratori di condominio
• Turn free-tool users into paying subscribers
• Track and report on KPIs such as CAC, conversion,



churn and MRR
• Work with the local CEO and the central product team on pricing and the offer What we’re looking for
• Proven B2C or SaaS marketing experience in Italy, ideally in PropTech, real estate or fintech
• Hands-on: you design the strategy and run the campaigns yourself
• A network in the Italian real estate sector is a strong plus
• Experience working with startups or as a fractional or interim marketing lead
• Native Italian and professional English
