Auberge Collection is seeking a Chef de Rang at its Florence property to deliver refined, attentive service and ensure every guest feels valued throughout their dining experience.
You will take orders, upsell menu items, input accurately into the POS system, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service while upholding high hygiene standards.
This is a seasonal, full-time role under CCNL Federturismo.
