Serve as the primary HR contact for managers at the Trento plant, providing strategic and operational guidance on HR topics such as labor law, performance, development and day‐to‐day people matters.Ensure effective collaboration with regional and global CoE teams, supporting the local execution of HR processes, systems and initiatives (e.G. performance management, talent development, culture, total rewards, HR reporting).Maintain a constructive and compliant relationship
