As China's leading engine and construction machinery manufacturer, Weichai Group is seeking an Overseas Sales Manager for construction machinery power products, based across Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Colombia in Latin America. The role covers overseas market development, customer acquisition and maintenance, regional brand promotion, and service network building. Responsibilities
• Develop overseas markets for construction machinery power products, acquiring and maintaining customers covering overseas OEMs, distributors and end customers.
• Conduct regional market analysis, customer group analysis and competitor research.
• Plan and execute regional exhibitions, develop online and offline brand exposure strategies, and organize corporate events (industry forums, business matchmaking, new product launches), including customer invitation and venue negotiation.
• Provide service support for supporting products supplied to domestic OEMs and overseas OEM plants.
• Build and manage the service network within the region, and organize customer training.




• Achieve regional sales revenue and volume targets. Skills & Competencies
• Native-level proficiency in Spanish.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English across listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to use both as working languages.
• Strong market development, event planning and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Adaptable to multi-country assignments and regional business travel.
• Highly aligned with Weichai's corporate culture and values. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Trade or related technical majors.
• At least 5 years of construction machinery sales-related work experience.
• At least three years of management experience.
• Native Spanish; fluent written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English as working languages.
