along with the following qualifications and skills. /p h3Required Qualifications And Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field. /li liPrevious experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders. /li liExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. /li liKnowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials. /li liWillingness to travel as required (approximately 60%) /li liPrior experience in Dermatology is a must /li /ul h3What ICON Can Offer You /h3 pOur success depends on the quality of our people.
