and after-sales service operations. /li liEnsure compliance with all business practices and procedures, manage general housekeeping, and liaise with House and Group support services. /li liAnalyze commercial and financial performance, prepare weekly reports, and contribute to the business plan for positive impact. /li /ul h3Are you a good match? /h3 ul liPrevious experience in luxury retail, preferably within fine jewellery or high-end products, with a strong focus on sales and customer service. /li liDemonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support, motivate, and develop a team. /li liStrong understanding and proven experience in clienteling. /li liExcellent organizational, administrative, and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial and stock management. /li liStrong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. /li liAbility to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liFluency in Italian and English is a must /li /ul h3More than a role….
