This role helps maintain accurate information, supports communication, and provides courteous assistance to patients, residents, families, visitors, and partners.Position ResponsibilitiesProvide clerical and administrative support to the nursing unit.Answer telephones, route calls, and assist visitors in a professional manner.Maintain unit records, forms, files, and other documentation as assigned.Assist with scheduling duties for the nursing unit, including coordinating and updating staff schedules as directed.Assist with communication between nursing staff, physicians, departments, patients, residents,
