About the Job:

Would you like to work abroad and experience a vibrant and international environment? Do you enjoy being at the forefront of customer experience ? We are currently hiring italian speaking customer support experts in Lisbon to support big international projects!

Responsibilities:

- Provide customer support over the phone, email and chat
- Be the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey
- Assist customers with questions, queries and information they might require

- Support customers with issues, problems or claims and escalate as appropriate

Requirements:





- Highly proficient in Italian both written and spoken at native or advanced level C2/C1 and fluency in English (B2 Level or above)
- Customer-centered mindset and problem solver
- Availability to work on rotating shifts
- Valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
