We are seeking a pragmatic and business-oriented Lead Architect to shape the end-to-end architecture direction of ELDS.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can simplify complexity, make pragmatic decisions, and balance long-term architecture with immediate business and delivery needs.

In this role,



you will guide architects and technical teams, support major transformation programs, reduce application and integration complexity, and ensure that new solutions are scalable, secure, integrated, and reusable.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid.

Location: Europe, with preference for Krakow (Poland), Dalmine (Italy) or Brno (Czech Republic).

Responsibilities- Translate business strategy and transformation priorities into practical target architectures and executable roadmaps.- Provide hands-on architectural guidance to major transformation programs
