h3Senior Architect, Construction Documentation and 3D Modeling /h3 pReschio is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to work in close collaboration with Count Benedikt Bolza, Owner and Chief Creative Architect, contributing to the development of exceptional private residential projects within one of Europe’s most distinctive architectural and design environments. /p pThis is a role for an architect of substantial technical maturity, discipline and judgement. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting the creative direction of Count Bolza and the Reschio design leadership, translating it into precise, coherent and buildable architectural drawings, details and construction information. /p pThe position is not primarily a conceptual design role. It requires the ability to understand, protect and develop a clearly defined architectural language with rigour, sensitivity and technical precision. The ideal candidate will combine architectural intelligence with method, patience and an uncompromising attention to detail. /p pFounded in 1999, the Reschio design studio has developed a highly structured architectural culture and a distinctive design imprint, supported today by three Senior Architects and eight draftspersons. Within this environment, standards of drawing, proportion, materiality and construction detail are carefully codified and consistently refined across projects. /p pWorking at Reschio means engaging with a singular design culture in which architecture, interiors and gardens are understood as three branches of one soul. Restoration, landscape, craftsmanship, furniture, light and the lived experience of each house are treated holistically, not as separate disciplines but as parts of one continuous architectural language. /p bRole summary /b pWe are looking for an architect with at least 10 years of experience, who will follow projects from the design development phase through to construction documentation, and coordinate 3D modeling and site drawings. They will work closely with the design team, consultants, and site management. /p bMain duties and responsibilities /b ul liDevelop full construction documentation — floor plans, sections,



elevations, construction details, finish and material schedules — ensuring absolute coherence with the established Reschio architectural language. /li liCreate and maintain detailed 3D models in Rhinoceros as the working foundation for design verification, construction sequencing, and client/ownership presentations. /li liTranslate sketches, references and verbal direction and the design leadership into precise, buildable drawings and models. /li liModel bespoke construction details, custom furniture, ironwork, stonework and other design-driven elements specific to the Reschio vocabulary. /li liReview and cross-check drawings for proportion, material consistency and constructive logic before issue to site. /li liSupport site and artistic direction throughout construction: verify shop drawings, manage design variations, and resolve on-site technical queries. /li liLiaise directly with contractors, artisans and specialist suppliers to ensure fidelity between drawing and execution, particularly for traditional craft techniques (stonework, carpentry, ironwork, plasterwork). /li liCoordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape) to integrate technical requirements without compromising design intent. /li liMaintain and help evolve the studio's internal standards for drawing conventions, detailing and documentation. /li liMentor, supervise and review the work of junior architects and draftspersons, ensuring consistency of output across the team. /li /ul bQualifications /b ul liMaster's degree in Architecture, with professional qualification and registration with the relevant board. /li liAt least 10 years of experience in architecture or design firms. /li /ul bRequired Skills /b ul liDeep understanding of building regulations,



construction materials and traditional building technologies, including restoration-specific techniques. /li liExcellent command of Rhinoceros for architectural and interior 3D modeling, including complex geometries and bespoke detailing. /li liStrong proficiency in AutoCAD for the production of precise construction documentation. /li liWorking knowledge of Grasshopper and parametric modeling, applied to complex or non-standard geometries. /li liAbility to read and interpret a highly codified design language, and to apply it with discipline and consistency across different project types. /li liMeticulous attention to detail, proportion and material quality, with a mindset oriented toward precision rather than conceptual exploration. /li liProven experience managing construction documentation for architecturally complex, high-end projects. /li liStrong coordination and communication skills, able to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors and craftsmen. /li liExperience in hospitality, high-end residential or restoration projects, ideally involving historic buildings or traditional construction methods. /li liCapacity to work with patience and rigour within an established creative framework, rather than driving independent design direction. /li liFluent in Italian and English professional proficiency. /li /ul bWe offer /b ul liA rare opportunity to work within one of Europe’s most distinctive private estates and architectural environments. /li liCompetitive compensation under a VATregistered agreement.
