This role plays a key part in maximizing plant performance by guiding a skilled technical team, driving preventive maintenance strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The position combines hands‑on technical leadership with planning, coordination, and continuous improvement responsibilities.Your ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring timely and effective support to productionEnsure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies across all maintenance operationsPlan, schedule, and assign maintenance work based on priority, skills, and operational needsIdentify and resolve maintenance issues impacting productivity, equipment performance, safety, or product qualityDevelop, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance plans, procedures, and checklistsManage maintenance‑related emergencies and provide technical direction during equipment breakdownsCollaborate with external vendors, contractors,



and service providers to ensure asset reliability and cost efficiencyMonitor maintenance budgets, evaluate repair cost estimates, and control maintenance spendingManage spare parts inventory and supplier relationships to ensure availability and cost controlTrack maintenance activities, equipment performance, and KPIs to support data‑driven improvement initiativesMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (or a related technical field), or a technical diploma combined with relevant maintenance experience in an industrial environmentMinimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial environmentProven experience leading or coordinating technical maintenance teamsExperience using CMMS or similar digital maintenance management toolsUnderstanding of preventive and corrective maintenance methodologiesPreferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of industrial automation systems, preferably Siemens PLC platformsProficient level of English, both written and spokenExperience developing maintenance KPIs and performance dashboardsFamiliarity with continuous improvement initiatives in industrial environmentsProblem‑solving mindset with a proactive and hands‑on approachCompensationThe annual salary range for this position is €41,400.00 - €55,200.00.
