For a Client company, we are looking for A Shift Leader for the Packaging Department, with a focus on lines dedicated to creams and wipes. It is a structured and growing industrial reality operating in the cosmetic sector. The Position The resource will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the production activities of the assigned shift, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, efficiency objectives and compliance with the production plan. Main activities





- Coordination of production activities and personnel during the shift of responsibility
- Monitoring of production KPIs and management of the main operational activities of the department
- Support for maintaining quality, safety and production efficiency standards
- Collaboration with the various company functions to ensure the correct execution of the production process

Responsibilities

- Ensure the continuity and production efficiency of the shift, optimizing resources and line performance
- Ensure the training of team leaders
- Manage operational and organizational criticalities, intervening promptly in case of anomali
