Academic projects or internships alone do not meet the requirements of this position. /p pWe are seeking a Technical Director to guide the assessment, design and technical delivery of commercial and industrial solar projects. /p pYou will work with customer engineering teams, consultants and contractors to turn site information into practical designs and well-supported technical decisions. /p ul liLead site assessments, feasibility reviews and PV system design reviews. /li liValidate system sizing, equipment selection and energy-yield assumptions. /li liCoordinate structural, electrical and grid-connection inputs with qualified specialists. /li liReview supplier submissions, installation drawings and technical specifications.



/li liResolve engineering interfaces and evaluate proposed design changes. /li liEstablish commissioning procedures, acceptance criteria and handover requirements. /li liInvestigate performance issues and guide appropriate corrective action. /li liSupport engineers and maintain clear technical documentation. /li /ul h3Local technical knowledge /h3 pExperience working with Italian electrical contractors, PV installers, engineering consultants and equipment suppliers would be valuable.
