Key responsibilities

Define and implement, in collaboration with senior management, the local CRM strategy to maximum customer engagement, retention and long-term customer value

Own CRM business performance governance, ensuring structured planning, performance monitoring and clear reporting of key customer and commercial KPIs

Translate customer and commercial insights into actionable recommendations, driving customer growth initiatives, the evolution of lifecycle strategies and commercial performance

Build strong relationships with both local stakeholders and central teams, ensuring alignment of priorities, roadmap and business objectives

Act as an individual contributor, taking a hands‑on role in CRM platforms and leading the operational execution of CRM campaigns and lifecycle initiatives through audience segmentation, targeting, campaign management and performance monitoring





It’s a match if you have…

At least 4 years of experience in a similar

A Master’s degree in Economics or a related quantitative field

Solid knowledge of CRM strategies, customer engagement channels, KPIs and best practices

Hands‑on experience with CRM and analytics platforms

Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use AI‑based solutions to optimise customer engagement and CRM performance

Experience in Financial Services, e‑commerce or digital businesses is a plus

Excellent communication skills

The ability to communicate professionally in English

A flexible, agile and solution‑oriented approach

A strong sense of ownership and the ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution
