Uniper Energy is seeking a Legal Counsel (all genders) for Rome or Milan. You will advise on legal matters across renewable energy projects, including solar, onshore wind and energy storage, and support project development, acquisitions and operations in Italy.
In this role you will draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, coordinate with internal teams and external counsel, monitor regulatory changes, and help shape the legal framework for Uniper's renewables pipeline in Italy.
