Role Mission

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist at SAMY, you will play a key role in leading influencer-driven campaigns from strategy to execution. You will transform brand briefs into impactful influencer activations, ensuring cultural relevance, creative excellence, and measurable performance. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and deep knowledge of social

Key responsibilities

- Strategic Campaign Conception: Translate client briefs into comprehensive influencer strategies, creative proposals, and storytelling frameworks aligned with brand positioning and key performance indicators.

- Talent Scouting & Content Management: Identify, vet, and shortlist creators across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), overseeing content production calendars to ensure quality, compliance, and messaging consistency.

- Campaign Delivery & Dynamic Optimization: Supervise live campaign delivery across all phases, analyzing real-time engagement and conversion metrics to proactively optimize performance.





- Experiential Activations & Event Logistics: Coordinate influencer involvement in experiential events and brand activations, managing talent logistics and cross-team communications on-site and remotely.

- Cross-Functional Synergy & Market Intelligence: Collaborate with booking, creative, and data teams to refine negotiation strategies, utilizing social listening to capitalize on emerging cultural trends.

- Performance Analytics & Strategic Reporting: Consolidate post-campaign metrics into high-level performance dashboards, translating data and learnings into actionable commercial recommendations and ROI evaluations.

- Governance, Budget Tracking & Process Efficiency: Oversee contracts, licensing rights, and financial reconciliation, while continuously identifying process improvements to eliminate operational bottlenecks and accelerate campaign workflows.

Skills & experience

- End-to-End Influencer Campaign Execution: Proven background delivering multi-platform influencer campaigns from strategy and brief translation to final reporting within fast-paced brand or agency settings.

- Social Ecosystem & Creator Landscape Acumen: In-depth knowledge of social platform mechanics (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels), digital creator trends,



and audience engagement drivers.

- Data Synthesis & Analytical Proficiency: Advanced analytic skills with high proficiency in Excel and data tools, with a demonstrated ability to evaluate campaign ROI, leverage social listening tools, and transform metrics into strategic decisions.

- Talent Negotiation & Commercial Governance: Hands-on experience managing influencer contracts, usage rights, compliance standards, and campaign budget allocation.

- Agile Project Management & Professional English: Exceptional organizational, time-allocation, and stakeholder management skills under tight deadlines, supported by full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
