* To improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Supply Chain activities through in-depth knowledge of the SC processes and related information systems.
* To support and give guidance to the Supply Chain operational areas including reporting of Key Performance Indicators with a view of year-on-year improvement.
* To ensure that the international Best Practices defined by Belron SC are effectively implemented in Italy.
* To contribute making Italian best practices known and appreciated internationally.
* To suggest possible solutions to the challenges received from the Operations and the market, providing valuable insight and improvement initiatives aiming to improve service and optimize costs
* To strengthen relationship between Supply Chain and other company departments, creating a collaborative culture




* To represent Supply Chain within initiatives in the Corporate Social Responsibilities area Skills, Experience and Qualifications
* Good knowledge of ERP systems and other IT Systems (WMS, TMS, DP tools, etc.)
* In-depth understanding of SCM & Logistics processes
* Certification in Lean Six Sigma (preferrable)
* Advanced MS-Office Skills
* B.
Sc. in economics, engineering or similar
* Experienced in moderation of workshops and training of employees
* Excellent analytical capability
* Knowledge in leading teams through change
* Fluent English skills both written and spoken
* Ability to work within international/multinational teams
