As a key leader within our high jewellery maison, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and supporting the overall operational excellence of the boutique. Drive turnover by maximizing sales and fostering strong customer loyalty, ensuring an exceptional client experience in line with our high standards. Oversee product presentation, handle customer disputes, and manage special orders, collaborating with operational departments for smooth execution. Support the Boutique Manager in leading and developing the team, fostering a positive work environment, managing schedules, and ensuring a strong shopfloor presence. Implement and monitor clienteling strategies, including customer development objectives, gifting, and effective use of sales support tools. Manage the financial, administrative, and audit aspects of the store, including cash transactions,



stock control, inventories, and after-sales service operations. Ensure compliance with all business practices and procedures, manage general housekeeping, and liaise with House and Group support services. Analyze commercial and financial performance, prepare weekly reports, and contribute to the business plan for positive impact. Are you a good match? Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably within fine jewellery or high-end products, with a strong focus on sales and customer service. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support, motivate, and develop a team. Strong understanding and proven experience in clienteling. Excellent organizational, administrative, and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial and stock management. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect.
