Pillar Srl is seeking a Growth Marketing role focused on Meta and TikTok campaigns for the Italian market and beyond. You will own performance end-to-end, from campaign structure to creative testing, translating insights into briefs for the creative team, and collaborating with Sales to optimize lead quality and conversion.
You will build a testing framework, scale concepts across markets (starting with Italy and Spain), and work closely with designers, editors and creators.
