payments The minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is € 42,000. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety,



Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience in HSE, EHS, or safety management within a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment
- 3–5 years of experience leading HSE teams or programs
- Proven experience managing site-level or multi-site HSE operations
- Experience working in regulated environments with local, state, and federal safety and environmental requirements
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while serving as a sparring partner to internal/external stakeholders. Fosters teamwork between employees and across the organization.
- Value for Customers: Drives a customer-oriented business strategy and provides indispensable support to deliver successful outcomes.
- Innovation: Envisions the impact of potential future trends and proactively drives necessary changes. Encourages creativity and initiative from employees.
