Position Summary

Responsible for the execution of automation projects within the organization. This role involves implementing and optimizing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.

Responsibilities

- Drive execution of automation activities in the assigned projects with strong focus on standardization, robustness and harmonization of automation standard and strategy;
- Ensure effective reporting to Automation Solution Manager;
- Actively participate to the development of Automation Solutions team, effectively confronting and resolving performance issues and cooperate with the members;
- Coordinate the installation, configuration, and integration of automation systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution;
- Ensure the execution of automation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation solutions, including design specifications, project plans, and operational procedures;
- Ensure all automation solutions comply with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and company policies;
- Ensure the provisions of the employer regarding Health, Safety and Environment regulations in their area of competence, in accordance with D.Lgs. 81/2008, 152/2006 and EHS&S; Corporate Standards; ensuring proper use of personal protection equipment and applying the proper escalation process in case of any unforeseen risk, for the appropriate actions to be taken.

Qualifications & Skills





We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

- Master’s degree in Engineering (Automation, Electronic, Informatic, Process Engineering).
- At least 3 years’ experience in GMP Pharmaceutical a/o Biotech Industry in Engineering department within complex and end-to-end sites.
- Fluent Italian and a good level of English (written and spoken).

EUR 37,575 to EUR 62,625The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location.
