Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee to fulfill the mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will engage in sales, merchandising and operations tasks, work closely with the Store Manager, and develop leadership skills to eventually manage the store.
You will train Teammates, handle daily store duties, and be prepared to step in as Store Manager when needed. Flexibility and a customer-first mindset are essential.
