- Provide expert styling advice and build complete looks tailored to clients' preferences and lifestyles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with an international VIP clientele.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Build a loyal client portfolio through proactive clienteling, personalised appointments and follow-ups.
- Maximise sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and a genuine passion for luxury fashion.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest standards of service.
- Previous experience within luxury fashion retail – essential.
- Strong sales achievements and commercial awareness.
