The Lake Como EDITION is seeking a Wine Program Manager to lead wine service and inventory in a premium hotel setting along Lake Como. You will issue and pour wines, advise guests on vintages and origins, and maintain MICROS systems and wine lists.
You will develop promotions, train staff, and ensure compliance with laws and safety standards. Responsibilities include building relationships with vendors, updating the wine program, and managing cellar stock.
