Document Controller – Milan, Italy – Initial 6-Month Contract – Data Centres

Join a rapidly expanding global data centre operator. Supported by significant investment and partnered with some of the most innovative names in tech, this company is growing and looking for an experienced Document Controller in Milan.

What you’ll do:

- Manage and maintain all project documentation, including technical submissions, RFIs, NCRs, commissioning records, and handover documentation.
- Ensure document control processes, workflows, and reporting systems are accurately maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to support the timely flow of project information.
- Support commissioning, testing, quality assurance,



and handover activities by ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.

What you’ll need:

- Previous experience as a Document Controller on large-scale construction, mission-critical, or data centre projects.
- Experience using EDMS/document management platforms such as Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple document streams and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Knowledge of commissioning, QA/QC, handover, and project closeout documentation processes.
