Stefanini EMEA is hiring a Senior Deskside Technician in Parma to deliver on-site IT support and hands-on troubleshooting for a fast-paced environment. You will resolve complex issues across end-user devices, deploy patches, validate master images, and support IOS devices.
You will work closely with 1st/2nd level teams, document changes, and maintain scripts while ensuring strong customer-facing service and timely delivery under a 2-year contract. Proficiency in Italian and English is required.
