Akeneo is seeking an Account Manager to drive upsell and retention within Mid-Market and Enterprise customers in Italy. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will shape strategic plans and build trusted relationships with C-levels in a fast-growing, collaborative team.
You will manage negotiations, forecast opportunities, and use data to inform decisions while navigating the B2B SaaS and martech landscape. Fluent Italian and English are required; a proactive attitude and autonomy are valued.
