The selected candidate will work under the supervision of the local Head of Marketing and Communication providing support for the following activities:

- - Support the management of internal and external communication activities
- - Draft, edit, and proofread content for communication materials, including presentations, brochures, newsletters, and other client-facing documents
- - Prepare layouts and graphic materials for internal and external communication
- - Support the organization and delivery of corporate events for clients and prospects
- - Maintain and update the event pipeline and tracking tools
- - Monitor and report on the commercial outcomes generated by events
- - Support the commercial network by gathering client information to help shape marketing strategies and action plans
- - Assist with external communication and media relations activities, including press materials, interviews, and press releases
- - Manage non-commercial mass mailings,



such as monthly market views and investment updates
- - Coordinate the procurement of branded materials, such as gadgets, stationery, and gifts, in line with Group guidelines
- - Update and manage content for the Italian intranet
- - Coordinate website update requests with the international team
- - Prepare reports, forms, and other administrative materials as required

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

0-2 anni

Previous experience in communication, marketing, or event coordination would be considered a plus

- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured and proactive way
- Good organizational skills and team-working attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders

- Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English
- Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
