Grafton Recruitment Wholesale Sales Operations Coordinator We are looking for a Wholesale Sales Operations Coordinator to support the daily management of wholesale activities, acting as a key link between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the B2B platform (products, images, price lists, and commercial information).
- Oversee orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams.
- Manage customer master data, commercial documentation, returns, and claims.
- Support sales campaigns, sample management, and reporting activities.
- Prepare sales analyses, sell-in/sell-out reports, and performance statistics.




- Support agents and commercial partners in Italy and international markets. Requirements
- Previous experience in Wholesale Operations, Sales Support, or Customer Service within Fashion or Luxury.
- Fluent English.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
