We are seeking a strategic and commercially focused Finance Business Partnering Manager to support senior business leaders, drive financial performance, and deliver actionable insights that enable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence business decisions and drive performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and monthly performance reviews.
• Provide financial insights, scenario modelling, and business case analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Drive profitability improvement and cost optimization across the market.
• Lead commercial finance activities, focusing on customer and business profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to improve financial and operational performance.
• Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, statutory reporting, and balance sheet integrity.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. What We're Looking For :




• Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A;, or Commercial Finance.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
• Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Professional accounting qualification and/or relevant finance degree preferred. Salary
