YOUR ROLE

As a Manufacturing & Process Engineer, you will join teams that support the main players in the aerospace and defense sector in transforming production processes and optimizing operations. Specifically, you will be responsible for:





- Analyzing and optimizing complex production processes by applying Lean, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement approaches.
- Defining, designing, and updating work cycles, production layouts, logistical flows, and industrialization plans.
- Identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization areas through data analysis, production performance indicators, and Time & Motion studies.
- Developing and implementing improvement plans to increase productivity, quality, safety, and process robustness.
