At Blackboard we’re building a portfolio of iconic, AI-native apps: AI is reshaping how people use everyday software, and we’re part of that revolution.

We started by launching a leading education app called “Kiwi AI”, used by 1.5M+ students.

We’re growing extremely fast (0 → €1M ARR in just a few months) with a small team of young people (median age is 24!) who love to build and ship things.

We’re now expanding across Europe and launching 2 more apps before the end of the year.

The role

As General Manager, you’ll own an entire product end-to-end, with full responsibility for its P&L;, strategy, international growth and day-to-day execution. You’ll have a high degree of autonomy to shape its direction, build the business and drive its success across markets.

What you’ll work on

- Own the product’s P&L;: set the targets and manage margins, delivering country by country

- Lead the international expansion, including hiring

- Build the operating system: processes and KPIs that let every country run on its own

- Automate operations: turn repetitive, low value-added tasks into scalable features

- Shape the strategy: interpret data and what you learn in the field to guide every strategic decision

Requirements

- MBB or investment banking experience (preferred)

- Fluent English

- Tempo pieno availability in Milan

- Start: ASAP
