Your mission as an

AI Developer and Engineer - Team Lead

is to build reliable, optimized, and maintainable AI systems,



including traditional machine learning models, deep learning architectures, computer vision, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).

Your main tasks:

Lead the design and development of end-to-end projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project timelines and ensure appropriate staffing to meet business requirements. Lead project implementation from proof of concept (PoC) through full development life cycle. Establish and enforce best practices (code standards, MLOps, dataset versioning, etc.) to guarantee scalable, secure, and high-quality AI solutions across all deployments, acting
