Business Transformation (BT) unit

is responsible of driving implementation of Group Strategy:

Securing efficient and effective steering of the execution of the Strategic Plan Acting as high-profile business partner to facilitate the execution of key initiatives across the Group Leading the implementation of prioritized strategic projects Managing the Group Project portfolio to ensure cohesive and disciplined implementation Ensuring alignment on strategy implementation progress leading content for key to track and communicate strategic initiative progress

The position requires to:

Support the execution of strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with business and functions stakeholders Manage project execution with discipline and efficiency,



ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes Ensure alignment between Group and BUs’ stakeholders, also partnering with Insurance/(AM) Division(s) Foster change management, collaborating with business owners to adapt approach to each specific context Be entrepreneurial in managing workstreams or projects independently
