based on the RoP approved by the Leader position and on the warranties given by the suppliers /liliManages the return of the products from Subsidiaries and Distributors based on their warranty status and resale opportunity by central warehouse /liliCollaborates with the warehouse to streamline incoming operations and shipments from suppliers /liliCollaborates with QA for the entry/management of NCs recorded by the warehouse /liliCollaborates with Suppliers to improve flows and operative lead time /liliCollaborates with Logistic and Customs Team to perform the transfer and customs clearance of products managed by the team /liliGenerate reports on suppliers' performance and analyze them with the Leader position /liliSupports Service and Development Department to release new products in compliance with Planning needs /liliSupports the Procurement Department to manage Price Lists and Supplier Relations /liliSupports with Customers team to ensure proper shipment assignment /liliSupports the Leader position in the planning activity, providing, by delegation, the definition of the RoP of the product lines or the issuance of the Purchase Orders of the instruments/spares /li /ulh3Education, Experience, And Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree of Management Engineering or equivalent experience in the position /liliOne-two years in equivalent position /liliSAP management knowledge; Advanced Excel level (programming languages is a plus); PBI /liliThe willing to develop knowledge, learn from situations and from its own mistakes /liliEnergy Commitment /liliThe ability to interact within the Team /liliNative Italian and fluent English, German language is a plus /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliPermanent employment contract /liliClassification under the Chemical-Pharmaceutical CCNL (Italian national collective bargaining agreement)
