TTPM I operates under close supervision,



focusing on managing dedicated project streams and ensuring project requirements are documented and risks communicated effectively. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liEnsure that client’s project requirements are accurately received and processed by internal functions. /li liDefine and supervise project scope, timing, progress and risks. /li liManage Tech Transfer interdisciplinary groups, ensuring effective task assignment and coordination. /li liCoordinate the start, progress tracking, and completion of projects by staying in regular communication with team members to address and solve issues. /li liLead changes and improvements strategy for assigned project, focusing on cost savings and adherence to cGMP and company procedures. /li liContribute to team capability development, including materials management. /li /ul h3Required Skills: /h3 ul liMaster’s degree (pharmacy, chemistry, biology, biotechnology or similar). /li li0-2 years of experience within a GMP manufacturing facility or related internship experience. /li liBasic understanding of technical issues and requirements for new product introduction. /li liKnowledge of aseptic product manufacture is preferred. /li liBasic planning and organizing skills, including risk management and technical writing skills. /li liStrong interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships with clients and team members. /li liAbility to support and assist cross-functional teams. /li liGood communication skills, both written and oral. /li /ul pThermo Fisher Scientific is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
