About the Opportunity micro1 is engaging Italian Bilingual Experts for a language and AI training project. You will use your language expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform. No prior AI experience is required — your language knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen to Italian audio clips and evaluate how native and fluent the speaker or model output sounds.
- - Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity against established guidelines.
- - Document each assessment with clear, concise written feedback in English.
- - Provide detailed justifications to keep evaluations clear and consistent.
- - Work with project coordinators to resolve requirements or ambiguities in the language content.
- - Share insights that improve AI performance in Italian language understanding and generation.
- - Complete assigned audio review tasks on time and to a high standard.
Required Qualifications
- Italian bilingual proficiency.
- - English at B2 level or above.
- - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- - Attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Native-level command of spoken and written Italian.
- - Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or a related field.
