We are looking for an Intern to join the Workforce & Organization Transformation Practice, part of our People & Investments business at Marsh. The position will be based in Milan. Marsh People & Investments is a global leader in Human Capital consulting, Actuarial and Retirement services, and Investment Management for institutional investors and Wealth Management networks. Our Transformation Practice supports our clients People Strategy with a specific focus on HR Organization, Processes, Skills, Technology and Analytics. As a Junior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and optimize workforce performance.We will count on you to:





- Drive organizational design initiatives that incorporate change management, cultural transformation and leadership development to ensure sustainable impact;
- Collaborate with Clients and conduct comprehensive assessments of their current workforce and organizational structures, processes, and practices.
- Analyze data and develop insights to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, developing expertise in the transformation area: organization design, process re-engineering, analytics and technology trends.
