STORE MANAGER / LUXURY BRAND / CAPRIResponsibilities:

- Team Management ( Approx 3-4 SA)
- Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand
- Build a strong customer experience
- Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
- Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
- Outstanding clienteling skills, with the ability to develop and nurture a high-value client portfolio.
- A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a talent for driving business growth, creating in-store events
- Produce reports and specific analysis

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

- Fluent spoken English and Italian
- Knowledge of xrdztoy LOCAL network
- At least 5 years in managerial role for LUXURY Brands
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
- Passionate about luxury/fashion
- Business driven and detailed oriented
- Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
